- WHAT TO DO PRIOR TO REGISTRATION NIGHT:
~Complete the online registration through Skyward.
~Download, print, and complete the Student Health Form.
~Download, print, and complete the Student Residency Form.
~Check the Meal Benefits information to see if it applies to you, and complete it if it does.
~Check the time you are to report to registration and plan to come during that time to avoid large numbers. (See times on next page and on website & social media)
~Continue to check the WHS website for any updated information.

- WHAT TO BRING TO REGISTRATION:
~Completed Student Health Form
~Completed Student Residency Form
~If you must complete this process at school, bring any necessary personal information.
~Our goal is to get you through the entire process as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. If you have everything completed when you arrive, it will help attain this goal. If you do not, we will work to help you complete what is needed.
~Staff will verify that your child’s online registration has been completed before advancing to the remaining stations.
~Please adhere to your assigned time to help ensure a safe and streamlined process.
~Only a custodial parent OR the parent and student may attend.

Complete the form to indicate your intent for the 2021-2022 school year. For the 2021-2022 school year, students wishing to continue learning remotely will need to enroll as a student at EB Wilson. Students would only be required to enter the building to complete state-mandated end-of-course testing. EB Wilson is an enhanced option school that utilizes the Edgenuity platform to deliver instruction along with support from Sumner County teachers. EB Wilson does not have extracurricular activities or sports.
